Papuma Beach from Below Papuma beach is a series of coastline with Payangan and Watu Ulo, same with Payangan, you need to find "Tawang Alun" bus station at jember. If you come from Surabaya Juanda Airport, you need to go to Purabaya/Bungurasih Bus Station at surabaya and ask the Station workers about jember bus. As Much as possible, try to find Patas Bus that have destination to Jember for your safety. Payangan Hills I start with my own city, Jember East java, there are have lot of destinations such as beach, bay, mountain, woods and etc. This time i will describe a beach called Payangan Beach. Payangan location is little far from City, 40 km to south of jember (City). You need at least 40 minutes till 1 hour to arrive at Payangan Beach.
